At the very heart of this is the importance of getting to know yourself!
With this in mind, your very own personal profile can be created using the Potential.ly Development Tool which has been designed to fit with the BCU Graduate+ employability attributes.
Potential.ly will encourage you to consider your strengths whilst looking at how to build on your areas for development. We would encourage you to undertake this profile and talk to your Personal Tutor, Careers Consultant or someone who you feel could provide you with more information to help you move forward.
This is likely to be one of your first pieces of evidence to support your Graduate+ Award, so don't forget to log it.

As part of the Graduate+ Award programme we have a dedicated Graduate+ information resource portal. The portal contains tons of resources to use at your discretion. There are e-learning activities such as presentation skills, communication or stress busting techniques alongside dedicated career-related tools. Some of these activities can be used towards your Graduate+ award. In addition to this you will receive a weekly newsletter which will provide you with information on up and coming events happening around the University and beyond.
